What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise you on later visits and to offer a personalised experience.

Which cookies we use

Category Purpose Necessary
Essential The shopping cart, the session, payment security (Stripe), the theme preference and saving your consent choice Yes
Analytics Usage statistics: Vercel Web Analytics (anonymous, without cookies) and Google Analytics 4 — which products are viewed, added to the cart and ordered, to understand where visitors drop off (Google, _ga and _ga_*, up to 13 months) No — requires consent
Marketing / Advertising Measuring conversions from our Google Ads advertising campaigns — how many orders come from ads (Google Ads, e.g. _gcl_au, up to 90 days) No — requires consent
Embedded content The Google Maps map showing the location of our registered office, on the About us page. The cookies are set by Google, under its own terms No — loads together with the page

For error and performance monitoring we use Sentry and Vercel Speed Insights — cookieless, anonymous tools, based on legitimate interest, which do not store information on your device.

Managing cookies

On your first visit to the site, you will be shown a consent banner through which you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, or in your browser settings.

Instructions for disabling cookies in the main browsers:

Third-party cookies

The site may include cookies placed by third parties, in four different situations:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Essential for completing the order.
  • Google Analytics 4 — statistics on the use of the shop (_ga, _ga_*, up to 13 months). They are set only with your consent, under the “Analytics” category; if you withdraw it, the cookies are deleted and the page reloads.
  • Google Ads — measuring conversions from our advertising campaigns. They are set only with your consent, under the “Marketing / Advertising” category.
  • Google Maps — the map showing the location of our registered office on the About us page. It loads together with the page, so it does not go through the consent banner: when the page is displayed, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. We do not send it any data about you, and the map is not used for advertising. If you prefer to avoid this transfer, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings or avoid the About us page.

These cookies are subject to the privacy policies of the respective companies — see Google's privacy policy and Stripe's policy.
