Delivery and shipping
Translation for information only — the Romanian version prevails.
We deliver throughout Romania with Sameday Courier, to your address or to an Easybox locker. We charge no shipping costs for the products in our catalogue — neither on delivery, nor if you change your mind and return them.
All parcels ship with Sameday Courier, one of the largest courier networks in Romania, with more than 6,000 Easybox lockers. You receive the AWB (tracking number) by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Free
- The courier brings the parcel to the address you entered when completing the order and calls you before delivery.
- Available for any order, regardless of the size or weight of the parcel.
- The only option for orders with several chargers and for products delivered directly from the distributor.
Easybox pickup
Free
- You choose the locker on the map at the delivery step and collect the parcel with a code you receive by email and SMS.
- Available for a single charger or for accessories, if the parcel fits in the compartment (maximum 10 kg).
- The parcel waits for you in the Easybox for several days — you do not need to be at home at a particular time.
Delivery times
The times below are expressed in working days and are counted from the order confirmation (weekends and public holidays are not counted). Each product's status is shown on its own page and in the listing.
The product is physically in our warehouse and is dispatched immediately after payment is confirmed.
Also from our warehouse — the status only indicates that the last units remain.
The product is at our partner's warehouse and ships directly from there to you. Shipping remains free; the lead time is longer because the distributor stage is added.
It cannot be ordered directly from the site. Availability and lead time are agreed together, before the order is placed.
Products with special transport (“Made to order”)
A few products — high-power DC chargers and equipment of exceptional size or weight — cannot be sent through standard courier services. These are marked “Shipping quoted per order” on the product page and cannot be added to the cart.
For these we arrange transport separately: delivery is made by specialised carriers (lorry with tail lift, unloading with a pallet truck), and we give you a firm cost and lead time, in writing, before the order is placed. Write to us on WhatsApp or at contact@myevcharger.ro and we will send you a quote.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation — you immediately receive the confirmation by email, with the products, the delivery address and the estimated delivery date.
- Dispatch — when the parcel leaves, you receive a second email with the Sameday AWB tracking number and the tax invoice attached as a PDF.
- Tracking — you can see at any time where the parcel is on the Track order page, using the order ID from the email.
- Delivery — on receipt, check the packaging. If it is visibly damaged, note this on the courier's document and let us know the same day.
Returns are free too
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to change your mind, without giving any reason (a statutory right under Government Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014). We bear the cost of return shipping in full — both when you withdraw from the contract and for a defective or wrongly delivered product.
The return label is generated instantly from the Track order page — you choose courier collection or drop-off at an Easybox, and you receive it by email. If you email us instead, we reply within 1–2 working days. Full details are in the Returns policy.
