All transactions are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified partner. We never store your card details — they are handled exclusively by the authorised payment processor.
All payments on MyEVCharger.ro go through a single processor: Stripe — used by millions of companies in more than 40 countries. You enter your card details directly into Stripe's secure form; we never see them and never store them.

- The payment is processed immediately — your order is confirmed within seconds.
- TLS 1.3 encrypted transaction + 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode).
- Refunds on a return are made to the same card, within 3–5 working days.
Digital wallets
Active
- Apple Pay and Google Pay pay with the card saved on your device, without you typing in the details.
- Works on phone, tablet and desktop (Safari with Touch ID / Chrome with a saved card).
- The button appears automatically at checkout if your device has a saved card.
Pay in 3 instalments
Coming soon
- Klarna, integrated via Stripe: you split the cost into three equal instalments, with no interest and no additional costs.
- For individuals (consumers), on orders of up to RON 5,000.

Bank transfer
Coming soon- Payment by payment order / internet banking, against a proforma invoice — especially useful for companies.

Payment security
Our payment processor is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard for card data. The connection between your browser and the payment pages is encrypted end-to-end with TLS 1.3. Card payments use 3D Secure 2 (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode), which adds an extra authentication step through your bank.
